Create your next presentation with Google docs

Creating presentations in Google has got easier now that you can create it and give the presentation in a flash, Google keeps adding cool features to help users get the most of their service. One new feature Google has added was Multi-shape formatting which allows you to select multiple shapes and text boxes, and format them all at once.

To select multiple objects, hold down the Shift key while you click each object, or drag over all of the objects that you’d like to select. You can then change the fill color, line color, border weight, font size, etc.

But this is not all also manipulation of text boxes got easier, text boxes grow in size as you type plus you can vertically align the text within multiple boxes using the new Text Vertically Alignment button in the toolbar.

Schedule your post in advanced

Are you planning to go on vacation? If yes make sure you write a couple of posts and schedule them for future publishing.

Why this is so important? If you have active visitors that visit your blog everyday they might get disappointed when they find that the blog has not been updated lets say for 2 or 3 days. So to resolve this problem write posts in advanced and you will keep the flow of posting like if you were home.

Take notes from your computer desktop

This cool software lets you take notes directly from your Windows desktop but this is not the case because we have seen a lot of desktop notes programs, even Windows Vistas has one integrated in the sidebar. What makes this software different is the usability and the low memory it use to work to be precise it use 700Kb of computer memory. Barely nothing!

This intelligent note taking software will make your life easier but I found a little problem after installing this software because it doesn’t place an shortcut icon nor ask if you want one, I had to go the my Windows “Program Files” folder and look for “ShirusuPad Folder” open it and click on the program to use it. To resolve this issue I right click on the software icon and send it to the desktop as a shortcut.

Now I have direct access to the software, this software is still in beta stage and might have some bugs like the one I just described above,  it’s up to you to give it a try I will provide the link so you can download the file and try it.

Send 1GB file attachment with Send Tool

If for some reason you have to send a large file via email attachment you will notice that your email client will not allow you to send big attachments, so to resolve this problem Send Tool will let you send up to 1GB of file to a specific person.

With Send Tool you not only send up to 1GB but you can also specify the days it can be downloaded, protect the file with a password,  and specify the days it will be on the server.

In my opinion this is a very good tool, otherwise I wouldn’t be recommending Send Tool. To send a big attachment click here!
