Internet, software installations, emails, etc… all leave traces behind making your PC run slower. So how do you resolve these common problems? The fix is easy optimize your computer and it will work better. How do you optimize your computer? Very easy all you have to do is these simple task

  1. Delete programs you never use – Most of us install programs that we use one time and that’s it.
  2. Limit how many programs load at start up – This is one of the most common problems a computer slows down, when a new software is installed  also add it self to the startup menu.
  3. Defragment your PC hard drive – This is very important mixed files makes the hard drive slower to respond.
  4. Run fewer programs at the same time – Unless your computer has a lot of memory don’t run multiple programs at the same time or the PC will respond slower or crash.
  5. Turn off visual effects – Yeah I know it looks very pretty but if your PC doesn’t have enough memory you have to reduce the effects. Sorry!
  6. Add more memory – Most of the time this fix the slow problem, try to add more memory to see if it resolve computer problem.
  7. Check for viruses and worms – A computer infected with a virus or worm makes the computer slow and unresponsive, update your antivirus software and run a virus check to see if the computer is clean.
  8. Disable services your computer don’t need – Yeah to much services running in the background can cause the computer to slow down dramatically, me personally don’t let Windows run a lot a services because of that problem.
