I know you must be tired of seeing that little arrow next to the icon shortcut,  and to help you with that problem I will provide you with the solution. The solution I’m talking about is “Vista Shortcut Manager” this software is being offered by Frameworkx free of cost.

Once you install this software click on “No Arrow” and select – “shortcuts extension when new shortcuts are created“  restart your computer. After your computer has restarted you should not see any shortcut arrow icons.
